Common things
The builder isn't showing
The usual cause is that the Mix & Match More block hasn't been added to your theme yet, or the surface isn't included in your current plan. Open Placements: each placement shows whether the block is live in your theme, and the plan page shows what your plan includes.
It's added and included, but shoppers see nothing
Check your product types: Mix & Match More pairs products whose product type exactly matches the top and bottom types in your Builder Settings (Default Template). The app's home page shows a warning when no products currently match a role, and the theme editor explains exactly why a placement isn't rendering.
